When I first started my fitness journey, I had so many ups and downs mentally and physically! I had ZERO confidence and I felt like no matter what I did, I wasn’t making progress.

After having my 2nd ACL surgery and deciding to quit snowboarding I was completely lost. I drank a lot, I tried to seek validation in others, I had no idea who I was anymore or what I was going to do with my life and ultimately I let myself go.

I was still living in Park City, Utah at the time and I needed to get out. I was tired of living in a small town and feeling like the girl who “failed” because I didn’t achieve my dream of going to the X-Games and the Olympics.

I moved to San Diego at the age of 23 and fitness became my new hobby and my outlet.

But, for years, I tried to achieve my body goals on my own with no success.

I would see another girl and think damnnn I want to look like that!

Then, I would do my best for a couple of weeks, say no to EVERYTHING then step on the scale, look in the mirror and see NO RESULTS!

This would lead me to say “screw it!” Binge eat to my hearts content and then feel sooo guilty I’d repeat the cycle over and over again!

Does this sound familiar?

It wasn’t until one day I opened my eyes, and had a conversation with my self.. that sounded like this… “Elise… you’ve been working out for years, you’ve been meal prepping and saying NO to everything… why does it look like you’ve never stepped foot in the gym!?” #sigh

I knew I should have been seeing wayyy more results for all my efforts!

In 2016, I decided to hired a bikini coach not knowing what I was getting myself into.

It was one of those… well I want to get a 6 pack so maybe I should do this… everyone else is doing it…?

Hiring a bikini coach was an interesting experience because my body finally started to see change but… in hindsight the mental toll it took wasn’t worth it.

I competed in my first bikini competition in 2016. Having a coach for the first time was awesome, because I just did what they told me and saw results, but… I didn’t LEARN anything and all that did was lead to poor body image and a mindset that deprivation was the ONLY way to see results.

I didn’t know how to eat in a balanced way, I didn’t know about macros, calories, anything!

It took me YEARS to find balance!

During that time, I was still just working front desk at a Marriott (which I hated!) so, I decided to get my personal training certification.

I was still trying to figure out life after snowboarding and I wanted to learn about the body and how it works because I was tired of failing so many times when it came to reaching my own goals.

I also didn’t want to go through the extremes of doing another bikini competition after I had spent so much time regaining a positive relationship with food and my body.

I also didn’t want to go through the extremes of doing another bikini competition after I had spent so much time regaining a positive relationship with food and my body.

I thought I had to figure it out on my own because I didn’t know or have someone I could relate to who I could ask for help.

Fast forward and after receiving 3 Personal Training Certifications, 1 Associates Degree, less than a year left on my BS of Foods & Nutrition Degree & 3+ years of working with clients in person and online I finally have something to live for after snowboarding.

This is why I’m so passionate about helping other women overcome their own blocks and reach their goals once and for all, because I’ve been there too and I want to make sure you don’t waste time making the same mistakes I did for NO results.

I'M SO READY TO SEE RESULTS WITH YOU!

I started out as…

  • the girl who hated what she saw in the mirror.

  • the girl who worked out 5-6 times per week and tried to “eat healthy” & “figure it out on my own.”

  • the girl who had the greatest intention of making a change but had no idea where to start.

Now at 30 years old, I love my body, I’m confident in who I am and I can say I’m truly living my dream life.

I’ve been through so many ups and downs mentally and physically in regards to my fitness journey and in life which is why I can 100% relate to the struggles of holding yourself accountable, staying motivated and staying on track and I’m right there with you!

I’m still working towards my own fitness goals. I’m still working to build a strong healthy and confident body and I’m even more passionate about helping other women transform their body & mind because if I can do it, you can do it!

Living a healthy lifestyle is about balance, not extreme dieting, not yo-yo dieting but truly having your cake and eating it too.

Let me show you the way!
